Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of rentdjgearsf.com and any DJ equipment rental booked through it. Rent DJ Gear SF is a brand of YJ Entertainment Inc. ("we," "us"). By creating an account or booking a rental, you agree to these terms.

Our Service

Rent DJ Gear SF rents DJ equipment for events in the San Francisco Bay Area. Bookings are made online through your account.

Account Verification

Before your first rental, we verify your identity. This means:

  • The person who creates the account must be the one who picks up the gear, and must present a matching ID at pickup.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a rental if the information doesn't match.
  • The name on the credit card used to book must match the name on the ID.
  • If we decide not to rent to you because verification fails, you'll receive a full refund.

Booking & Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Pricing for your rental is shown at checkout before you confirm your booking.

Rental Agreement

Each booking includes a specific rental agreement covering equipment condition, liability for damage or loss, and late-return fees, which you review and accept during checkout. That agreement, together with these terms, governs your rental.

Text Message Program

Rent DJ Gear SF Alerts — if you provide a phone number, we send text messages related to your account and rental, including verification codes, booking confirmations, pickup information, and return reminders. Message frequency varies based on your account and booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or contact yj@yjentertainment.com. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rent DJ Gear SF and YJ Entertainment Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or rental equipment. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under California law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above.
